Planning an HVAC Replacement in Midway
Replacing a heating and cooling system is a significant decision. A good plan starts with an honest look at the current equipment.
Sometimes a repair is still the sensible choice; other times replacement avoids putting more money into a system that is wearing out.
What we look at before recommending replacement:
- The current system's age, condition and repair record
- The cost of the repair it needs today
- Comfort problems such as uneven temperatures between rooms
- Whether the system relies on R-22 refrigerant
- Equipment options and sizing that match the home
If replacement is the right move, we explain the options and pricing clearly. If a repair makes more sense, we will tell you that too.
